The 3 stages are basically designed on the concept of dynamic sequencing. This means that every phase is inter-dependent to train and toughen ourselves up to become more challenging for another phase of the program. All 12 videos are created by Zoe Bray-Cotton and she talks in a very friendly tone making certain that the participants aren't confused in any manner. She speaks quite clearly and in a calm manner which gives induces a comfort feeling in our mind and gets us focused.
